By enrolling, you will have two opportunities to join the class daily with your registration. The evening online class is included with your intensive.

The Thursday Beginner class is one hour, running from 10 AM to 11 AM.
Weekend sunday Intermediate classes are two-hour sessions from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Some say it is the experience of a lifetime! For adults of all ages and levels. This course will further benefit those who wish to take yoga teacher training.
