Transform Your Mind, Body, and Spirit with YOGA MASTER SABU CHAITANYA

We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Yoga Intensive Course, led by Sabu. This three-week immersive experience is designed to deepen your practice and enhance your well-being.

Course Details:
📅 Dates: May 28th – June 19th
📍 Location: BCIT Recreation Services, 3700 Willingdon Ave SE16, Burnaby, BC V5G 3H2
💰 Fee: $290

Class Schedule:
🧘 Monday to Friday:

  • Morning Class: 6:30 – 8:00 AM (in-person)
  • Evening Class: 6:00 – 7:30 PM (online only)

🌿 Optional Sunday Class: 2 hours

By enrolling, you will have two opportunities to join the class daily with your registration. The evening online class is included with your intensive.

Engage in a series of  yoga poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Relaxation:

Wind down with a peaceful relaxation segment to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Thursday Beginner class is  one hour, running from 10 AM to 11 AM.


Weekend sunday  Intermediate classes are two-hour sessions from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Sabu's vast experience, sincerity, and dedication provide his students with truly life-transforming methods towards self-healing, balance and peace of mind.

    Some say it is the experience of a lifetime!  For adults of all ages and levels.  This course will further benefit those who wish to take yoga teacher training.

    Discover techniques such as pranayama, breathing exercises, sun salutation, asanas and mindfulness.  

    Extra Optional Classes

    All Intensive participants can join additional Saturday or Sunday yoga class.
