This course is open to anyone who has practiced Sivanada yoga or Yoga with Sabu in the past. If you are new to the practice, please contact Sabu for options to join.
How to Zoom
- sign in with your name 5min before the class starts
- use a good external sound system/ speaker
- Sabu wants to see all students. Set up your camera to look down from a distance with your entire yoga Matt in the screen.
After the class you are welcome to unmute and stay for a visit to provide Sabu feedback.
Sabu will also be available for questions or individual instruction during the course if required.

The Thursday Beginner class is one hour, running from 6 PM to 7 PM.
Weekend classes Intermediate classes are two-hour sessions from 10 AM to 12 PM.
