Join us from October 22 to November 18 for a month-long online Yoga Intensive designed to support and strengthen your daily practice.
Classes are offered twice daily—morning and evening—Monday through Friday. Each session is 1.5 hours.
This program is open to returning students and those familiar with Sivananda-style yoga.
